Basic Instructions:
This is a basic sitting meditation, so find a comfortable chair sitting upright in a dignified position. Find a nice quiet space to listen to this meditation with as few distractions as possible. Wear some comfortable clothing. Take a few deep breaths before you begin and simply follow the audio. Try to do this practice at least once a day whenever feels best for you, more times if possible. The more you get comfortable with the process, the faster you will learn to shift your perception which is the purpose of this course.
